Long Island Experience Promotions was founded by
Phil Sottile and Durlan Castro on September 12, 2003,
the first presentation of the All Natural LONG ISLAND EXPERIENCE.  
 

The goal was simple:
 
Put on a bodybuilding show that the competitors felt suited
their needs and desires for recognition, respect, and feeling
like an individual within an atmosphere of camraderie, AND
give the audience a show to go home and talk about!
 
Year over year we have done just that.  Strategic partners and
those who wanted to be closely involved have come and gone,
yet Durlan Castro and Phil Sottile remain behind, carrying out the mission of
the Long Island Experience and bringing the athletes and the
audience a show with No Limitations each year the show returns. 
 
So if you have a bad attitude or negative energy, stay home.  This
is a POSITIVE ENERGY ZONE and our athletes deserve that!  There's
plenty of other shows to attend!   This one's not for you!  We are the
LONG ISLAND EXPERIENCE....EACH AND EVERY TIME!
